First Post!

This was mostly a test to see if I could get the page to look pretty solid overall by completely changing the base code. Overall I ran into a couple issues. Images cannot be contained within the correct space. Images are not confined to the space around text, but rather extend to their true file size. I do not know enough about HTML to figure out how to resolve this as of yet, so for the time being blog posts will be without images.

edit: as you can see now, I got images working properly. As it turns out is because i had an extra { where it did not belong which caused the code to not work. but i got it fixed now. :3

I took this photo back in 2018, and it remains my favorite photo I have taken of a sunset. The colors felt otherworldly. I have never seen such deep colors from a sunset, even to this day. California always has the best sunsets. You simply cannot top the visuals that the mountains and smog provide. :)
